Website Embed - Sign Up and Onboard
See below an example embed for your website allowing customers to sign up for a date range and multiple trip types, instead of showing them an old fashioned calendar.
- Date Range. By collecting a customers date range it allows our software to let the customer go on with their day and leave the hard work to us. As an added benefit, we now have the ability to put this charter on multiple days instead of just one. This allows our software to put customers together more efficiently, to ensure your charter, event, or asset is full!
- Open Party or Private. Some booking software does open party ticket sales, some booking software does private party charters. Ours does both.
- Trip Type. This section allows a customer to choose ONE, or SEVERAL, or ALL of these trips. The customer is saying that he is willing to go on any of these trips within the specified date range. This GREATLY increases the chances of you booking that customer! In turn it also greatly increases the chances of all of your other sign ups as well.
- Multiple Options. Customers can choose one or many trips quickly and easily. This allows you to sort them into your more expensive trip, or that trip that needs 1 more to go!
- Make Matches! The more trips the customers pick, and the larger the date range they select, the greater the chance of a sale! All signups overlap each other to form charters.
- Group Size. This field allows the customer to specify how many people are in their group. Our software uses this value to assess which potential trips that the group can fit in to. Also, if the customer fits exactly into a pre-existing charter in the system, they will be informed they filled a charter and will be immediately booked with no further delay.
- Options and Upsell for Everything. You can add one or many options, like Rod Rental, or Food, or Beverages, or any other option you might need.
- Contact Info. The key to everything! By explaining first to the customer that their information is private, no credit card is required, and we will do all the work for them... almost every customer is willing to provide their contact information, allowing our system to automatically handle everything for you by text or sms.
