How booking works

We coordinate customer preferences using three matching categories — date range, trip type, and group size. No hunting through calendars. No phone tag.

Customer signup form

The signup form — radically different

Your customers never browse boats one at a time. Our signup form asks five questions: which trip type, how many people, and what date range. That's it. The system finds the match.

Three matching categories

Date range availability

Identifies overlapping availability across customers. If Customer A wants May 1-10 and Customer B wants May 5-15, the system finds the overlap and books the trip.

Trip type matching

Half-day inshore, full-day offshore, multi-day — customers are matched to the trip type they selected, across all available assets.

Group size optimization

The system fills boats to capacity. A 6-pack boat gets 6 individual signups matched together, or a private party of 4 plus 2 individuals.

From signup to follow-up — fully automated

Once matched, the trip locks. Cards are charged. Confirmations are sent. Departure details go out. Crew gets alerted. After the trip, review requests are sent. You don't touch a thing.
