Get a DemoBookingSoftware.AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that provides online booking, ticketing, and scheduling software to tour operators, event organizers, charter companies, and similar businesses ("Providers") across North America.
When you purchase a ticket, book a tour, or reserve a service through one of our Provider's websites, your transaction is processed using BookingSoftware.AI's platform.
Your booking and payment details are securely transmitted to the appropriate Provider. You receive an automated confirmation email or SMS upon successful booking. Booking data is stored securely and in compliance with applicable privacy standards.
The delivery of the service you booked (e.g., a tour or event) is the responsibility of the Provider. However, BookingSoftware.AI requires all Providers using our platform to clearly communicate the time, date, and location of services, provide timely customer service and contact details, and honor all confirmed bookings unless otherwise communicated.
