Overview

BookingSoftware.AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that provides online booking, ticketing, and scheduling software to tour operators, event organizers, charter companies, and similar businesses ("Providers") across North America.

When you purchase a ticket, book a tour, or reserve a service through one of our Provider’s websites, your transaction is processed using BookingSoftware.AI’s platform. Therefore, in addition to the specific fulfillment terms of the Provider, the following fulfillment policy from BookingSoftware.AI also applies to your purchase.


Nature of Fulfillment

BookingSoftware.AI provides the underlying software technology and payment infrastructure that powers your transaction. We do not operate the tours, events, charters, or classes directly. However, we ensure that:

  • Your booking and payment details are securely transmitted to the appropriate Provider.

  • You receive a confirmation of your booking via email (typically within minutes of payment).

  • The Provider is notified promptly so they can fulfill the service you purchased.


Booking Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing:

  • Details of the purchased service (tour, event, class, etc.)

  • Booking date and time

  • Name and contact information of the Provider

  • A unique confirmation or ticket ID

If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 hour of purchase, please first check your spam/junk folder. If still not found, contact us at nick@bookingsoftware.ai or call us at +1 (619) 329-8659.


Delivery of Service

The delivery of the service you booked (e.g., a tour or event) is the responsibility of the Provider. However, BookingSoftware.AI requires all Providers using our platform to:

  • Clearly communicate the time, date, and location of services

  • Provide timely customer service and contact details

  • Honor all confirmed bookings unless otherwise communicated

In the event of any issues related to service fulfillment (cancellations, delays, no-shows), please contact the Provider directly. If you are unable to resolve the issue, BookingSoftware.AI will assist you in escalating the matter appropriately.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Each Provider has their own cancellation and refund policies, which are made available during the checkout process. Please review them carefully before confirming your booking.

BookingSoftware.AI does not issue refunds directly unless:

  • There is a proven failure in the booking or payment system

  • The Provider fails to honor a confirmed booking and cannot be contacted

  • Fraud or unauthorized use of your payment method is reported

In all other cases, refund requests must be directed to the Provider.
