The Message Center is your centralized hub to handle all inbound and outbound calls, sms, and email. In the Message Center, you will see customer and staff messages, automated messages, from both SMS and EMAIL combined into one stream in chronological order.

On the far-right column of the Message Center is an integrated CRM window that shows you all of the customer contact information, past trips, present trips, status of billing. You can also click on the log file to get a chronological line item history.
Brodcasting
How would you like to send an instant text to every single customer at once with a monthly newsletter or the occasional email? Our software can do that. You can single out a single group or send to the entire customer base as easily as sending a single message. List creation and templates also help you.
Trip Connections
If you are talking with someone by email or sms you can easily see what trips they are in, edit their sign up information right away, set exclusion dates, add payment, and most importantly of all, you can edit the trip by just clicking on it right in Message Center! This makes it easy for you to make changes and close deals.
