How matching works
Customers sign up with flexible date ranges and trip type preferences. The system continuously scans for overlapping availability. When enough customers match to fill a trip, it locks automatically.
After the lock
- Cards are auto-charged (configurable: 3 days before, on lock, etc.)
- Non-payers are auto-booted and replaced from waitlist
- Trip is assigned to a boat and captain
- Departure details sent to all participants
- Crew and captain alerted
