Contact Information
Of course our software covers the basics, including all contact information like Name, Email, Phone, Contact Preference, Last trip type, Private or Open Party Customer. TEXT or EMAIL right from the CRM.
Easily Re-Add them to a Trip
The best customer is the one you already have! If the customer calls back and wants to go again, you can easily make a trip for them or add them to a pre-existing trip that already has guests. Could not be easier.
Past and Pending Trips
Here you can see every single trip or even that this customer has ever gone on or is waiting to go on in the future. Clicking on one of these trips opens the trip editor so you can quickly find the trip that customer is in.
Archive and Ban
Past customers conversations and information can clog up your view with uneeded information. When a customer is older than 90 days after their last contact, we archive them. Don't worry, they are still in the CRM, just out of view of matching. If you need to BAN someone or they UNSUBSCRIBE, its handled.
Customer Logging
Our system features a line item listing of every action that the customer, the automations, the admins of your system, and you make. Examples include sign up date, lock date, finalize date, SMS trail, EMAIL trail, User Actions, Payments, Credits, Refunds. Additionally, you can sort by event origin or view chronologically.
Manual Customer Creation
Need to create a customer on the fly? No problem. We know that a lot of times people want to book right over the phone, and they are ready to go. You can create a customer on the fly, QUICK ADD them to a trip, and the system will take it from there by handling payment and confirmations automatically. How easy is that?
